nobody nose is the podcast that doesn’t look away
Nobody Nose is the podcast that doesn't look away. Real conversations about facial reconstruction, visible difference, identity, relationships, biohacking, and what it actually takes to rebuild a life. No toxic positivity. No tidy endings. Just honest stories from people who have been there.
Hosted by Vikki Feltham — because she has lived it, and she is not done talking about it.
Who are you becoming?
You have been through something that changed your face, your body, or your sense of who you are. And somewhere in the middle of surviving it, you started to wonder who you are becoming.
Nobody Nose is for the people who are done pretending recovery is linear. Who want real conversations about identity, resilience, and what it actually means to rebuild — not just your life, but yourself.

She lived it first.
Hi, I’m Vikki,
I survived head and neck cancer. I navigated facial reconstruction as a young mum. And somewhere in the middle of all of it, I became fascinated by something nobody talked about.
Not just how we heal. But who we become when everything that told us who we were — our face, our body, our roles — gets taken apart and handed back differently.
I write and think about identity, perception, and the quiet ways we lose ourselves trying to be seen correctly. Nobody Nose is where that thinking meets lived experience.
Nothing is off limits here.
